  • Please be aware of our number one rule - NO GLASS.

    Broken glass does not breakdown over time and is the number one cause of injuries so please, DO NOT BRING ANY GLASS ONTO THE PROPERTY. If you want to bring a bottle of wine or spirits, please decant into a plastic or metal container.

  • Thrashville is strictly no BYO Booze. You can bring food but not into the arena. We will have a fully licensed bar and there will be plenty of food on offer throughout the whole weekend.

  • Absolutely NO pets allowed at Thrashville

  • No, we don’t sell ice. The nearest town for supplies is Branxton approx. 10 mins drive

  • *ALL FESTIVAL TICKETS COME WITH OPTIONAL CAMPING*

    The campground is located directly outside and around the arena, so it’s a simple case of walking from your campsite through the gate and into the arena. At worst case, this could be up to 200m if you're camped at the extremity of the campground.

    Camping - You are allowed to bring whatever camp set up that suits your group or person, including large bell tents, though we ask that you consider not taking up too much space if it is not necessary.

    Vans over 20ft - need to be registered to ensure suitable space is available.

    If you have a large van, and would like to camp with non-large-van-pals we'll do our best to keep you together but can't guarantee this.

  • The campground is expansive but is at the mercy of the natural vegetation and at the last couple of festivals, there were some issues with caravans acquiring excessive space (which in turn eats into the space of those with a more humble set up).

    You can still bring your caravan/camper but if it is over 20ft you will need to purchase a pass for it beforehand. These are limited in number to allow us to control the amount of caravans onto the site and better facilitate space requirements for all.

    Caravans are restricted to certain areas of the campground. For this reason, please ensure you follow directions provided on arrival.

  • Dashville welcomes patrons with a disability and aims to improve the site and experience each year.

    The arena gently undulates and is easy to navigate, especially now that we have put wheelchair friendly paths in around the site.

    PARKING - Designated Disabled Parking located close to main entry.

    TOILETS - Accessible toilets located strategically around the site.

    CARERS - Dashville honours the Companion Card system, please reach out mail@dashville.com.au

  • If you want to camp with mates, we recommend arriving together or as closely together as possible. Reserving space can get tricky, as we have a lot of campers to fit in. It's definitely best to arrive when gates open to get the best spot. And always remember, there are no bad camping spots at Dashville, they’re all good.

  • Yes, most people park alongside their tent if there is room.

  • You are allowed to bring gas bottles, but only if they are in service date (keeping in mind we have amazing food stalls including coffee, so you probably don't really need one). We will have to confiscate gas bottles at the gate that are not within their service date.

  • Yes. All vehicles will be searched by our security staff on the way through Dashville’s main gate.

  • There will be water fountains positioned in key locations and with so many festival goers over the weekend, it would be best if you brought your own water as we operate on tank water.

    We do not sell plastic bottled water at the festival. Please bring a refillable drinking bottle and refill as required.

    Caravan and campers, please bring your own water, we do not have the means to provide you filling your tanks.

  • Small generators are permitted but please be respectful of your fellow patrons in regards to noise. Switch off the genny when others are trying to sleep.

  • No personal fires in the campground. Do not bring firewood. We are bound by State fire restrictions, and the campground and surrounding areas are very much dense bushland. We generally have communal fires inside the arena, which you are welcome to sit around until 3am... if that helps.

  • As Thrashville is a celebration of music and culture, campers will inevitably throw on some tunes in their respective camp areas. We simply ask that you be respectful and kill the volume at a reasonable hour.

    At midnight, when the festival’s live music finishes, there should not be any music played in the campground.

  • We have a large block of private shower cubicles to cater to the needs of all campers and there are always a sufficient number of portaloos within the arena and campgrounds.

  • Phone reception for texting and calls is fine at Dashville. But, in regards to the internet on your phone, reception can be a little fussy. However, based on feedback from punters at previous events, internet reception is often available at Dashville.

  • Make your ticket selection carefully as there are NO REFUNDS.

    Some of these are standard terms for Dashville, some are new,
    so make sure you take note & pass this information on to all in your party.

    • NO GLASS

    • NO BYO ALCOHOL

    • NO BYO FOOD INTO ARENA

    • PERSONS UNDER 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RESPONSIBLE ADULT AT ALL TIMES.

    • PARENTS thinking of bringing youngens: please note that this event is rated MA+15 and features grown up content including swears, heavy music etc. *Parental discretion is advised. We suggest leaving the little ones at home to grow a bit more

    • NO PETS - not even your well behaved, loves everyone, is such a good boy/girl kinda pet

    • NO DIPSHITS OR DIPSHIT-ISH BEHAVIOUR. We at Dashville pride ourselves on hosting events full of considerate, conscientious good folk, which always guarantees a good time for everyone else.
      Let's keep it this way.

    • NO AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOUR (See above policy on dipshits).

    • NO FIREWORKS OR EXPLOSIVES

    • NO LOUD MUSIC IN CAMPGROUND

    • NO EXCESSIVE NOISE AFTER MIDNIGHT

    • NO PERSONAL FIRES

    • NO LITTERING

    • NO UNDERAGE DRINKING

    • NO INTOXICATION

    • NO DRUGS, WEAPONS OR CONTRABAND

    • UPON ENTRY - All vehicles will be subject to a search prior to entry to the festival campgrounds.

    Basically these days if you think it's illegal or not allowed, it probably isn't. If there is anything unclear or something you are not sure about, please email mail@dashville.com.au for further clarification.

    Please note - by purchasing a ticket you agree to not be a dipshit.

    Make sure you know what ticket you want before purchasing as there are NO REFUNDS.

    Festival Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or evict any person at any time for any of the above breaches. Any person caught behaving in a threatening, malicious or inappropriate manner (aggressive, riotous, abusive, or insulting actions) towards other patrons or event staff or equipment, will result in the permanent removal of the patron from the site and possible referral to police for prosecution. DON’T BE THAT GUY!
